We are now accepting letters of interest to fill (2) Director positions on our board to help run this organization. We are all volunteers on the board and are looking for a couple more dedicated people to join us in continuing to make this organization successful. Below is a brief summary of the role. Anyone that is interested in this role is required to submit a letter of interest to our secretary Lisa Fiorita. Please email her at [email protected] no later than Jan. 12th, 2020.

Job Summary:
The Rebel Youth Football Director assists the Board with various duties. This individual must have a “can-do” attitude and be willing to assist where needed in the organization. Other duties may be assigned.
Job Responsibilities may include:
- Gathering background checks for each coach and ensuring that all coaches are USA certified
- Assist Secretary with volunteer and fundraising efforts
- Track volunteer hours worked
- Assist with concessions (to include setting up, tearing down, and working concessions)
- Assist with recruitment of new and current sponsors for the program
- Assist with sub-committees (TBD)
- Assist with writing grants
- Assist with parade communication
- Assist with marketing communications
Requirements:
- Passion to work in a non-profit organization
- Excellent leadership skills
- Knowledge of the organization’s records and related materials
- Honesty and integrity held in high esteem
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate
- Must be able to help on home game days
